Looking Forward

Support for your next chapter.

Support for parents considering another pregnancy after a difficult previous experience.

Whether your previous pregnancy, birth or postnatal experience left you feeling frightened, overwhelmed, unheard or simply unsure about what comes next, Looking Forward offers space to reflect, explore your options and move forward with confidence.

Together, we’ll look at what happened, what support might help and what you need to feel more prepared for the journey ahead.

You don’t have to wait until you’re pregnant again to seek support.

Sometimes, the hardest part is deciding whether you’re ready to try again.

You might be carrying unanswered questions, fears about what could happen next time or a sense that your previous experience still needs processing.

Looking Forward offers space to explore those feelings without pressure, judgement or an agenda.

This isn’t therapy.

It’s a chance to be heard, gather information and begin looking forward.
