You don't need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
Whether you're planning a VBAC, navigating pregnancy as a neurodivergent woman, or simply wondering whether doula support is right for you, I'd love to hear more about your journey.
Let's start with a free, no-obligation discovery call.
-
A doula provides continuous emotional, practical and informational support throughout pregnancy, birth and the early postnatal period. I don't replace your midwife or medical team. Instead, I help you feel informed, supported and confident as you navigate your options and make decisions that feel right for you.
-
Yes. I have completed specialist VBAC training and had a successful VBA3C myself. Whether you're planning a VBAC after one caesarean or exploring your options after multiple caesareans, I can provide evidence based information, emotional support and space to explore your choices.
-
Absolutely.
I have a particular interest in supporting autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent women throughout pregnancy and birth. Support can be tailored to your communication preferences, sensory needs and the ways you process information and make decisions.
A formal diagnosis is not required.
-
You're still very welcome. While I have a special interest in supporting VBAC and neurodivergent families, I support women from a wide range of backgrounds and birth plans.
-
You will still receive my support.
Birth plans sometimes change, and my role is to support you regardless of how your baby is born. If a caesarean becomes part of your journey, I will continue to provide emotional and practical support within the scope of my role.
-
The relationship between a doula and client is important.
That's why I offer a free discovery call. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your hopes and concerns, and explore whether my support feels like the right fit for your family.
