Preparation Sessions

Focused, one-to-one preparation for neurodivergent and VBAC families ; shaped entirely by what you need, not a fixed structure.

Clarity - £150

(payment due at time of booking)

One 90-minute session, focused on ND preparation, VBAC preparation, or both. A starting point or support for one specific thing you need addressed.

Compass - £650

(payment plans available, non-refundable 25% deposit required to secure your booking)

Three 90-minute sessions, plus WhatsApp support between them and personalised resources tailored to your history, circumstances and plans.

Thinking about full birth doula support? If you go on to book within 12 months, £150 (Clarity) or £325 (Compass) will be credited toward your fee.
