Look for a doula with genuine neurodivergent-affirming training and, ideally, lived experience; someone who can offer sensory-aware, clearly structured sessions rather than adapting generic care on the fly. I'm AuDHD myself and my sessions are built around neurodivergent needs from the ground up.
-
I specialise in neurodivergent-affirming birth support, offering sensory-aware planning, clear and direct communication and preparation tailored to how you process information available both as standalone preparation sessions and full birth doula support.
-
No. This package is designed for women who are planning a VBAC, neurodivergent, both, or simply looking for deeper birth preparation and support.
-
No. While sessions provide space to explore thoughts, feelings and previous experiences, they are not a substitute for therapy or mental health support.

-
If you decide to book full birth doula support, the full cost of this package will be deducted from your doula fee.

Yes. Sessions can be delivered virtually, with in-person options available where appropriate.
