-
A one off session is designed to help with a specific question, appointment or situation.
Virtual doula support provides ongoing support throughout pregnancy, giving you someone to regularly check in with, talk things through and turn to when new questions, decisions or concerns arise.
-
Absolutely. Many women find that what they need most during pregnancy is not physical presence, but consistent emotional support, a sounding board for decisions and someone who understands what they're navigating.
Virtual support allows us to build a supportive relationship while giving you flexibility to access support from home.
-
Yes. Virtual support can be particularly helpful for women planning a VBAC who would like additional space to explore their options, prepare for appointments, discuss recommendations and build confidence ahead of birth.
As a VBA3C mum with specialist VBAC training, supporting women planning a VBAC is a key part of my work.
-
Yes, many neurodivergent people actually find virtual support more accessible than in-person support.
Sessions can be adapted to your communication preferences, processing style and individual needs, creating a lower pressure environment where you can take the time you need to explore questions and decisions.
A formal diagnosis is not required.
-
No. Because this support is delivered virtually, I can work with women throughout the UK.
-
You're still very welcome.
While I have a particular interest in supporting VBAC and neurodivergent families, virtual support is available to any woman looking for ongoing emotional, practical and informational support throughout pregnancy.
-
This depends on the level of support you're looking for.
We'll discuss your needs during your discovery call and create a support package that feels manageable and appropriate for your circumstances.
-
The best way to find out is through a free discovery call.
We'll talk about your pregnancy, what support you're looking for and whether virtual doula support feels like the right fit for you.
