Hi, I’m Shannon
I’m an AuDHD mum of four, a VBA3C mum, doula and a lover of “grandma” hobbies.
I trained to be a doula in 2024, after navigating a difficult pregnancy and birth experience the year before. That was my VBA3C journey. I feel like I lost the magic of that pregnancy because I was so focused on being heard and respected.
In early 2026, I received my AuDHD diagnosis and everything started to make sense. My children and husband are also neurodivergent, meaning our house is never quiet and still!
The way I work as a doula is shaped by my own personal experiences. I will never tell you what to do or influence your decisions but I know what it’s like to walk the path you’re on now. I can offer a unique insight that other doulas can’t.
I think that’s pretty special.
What families say
“Her support was transformative, not just for the birth itself, but for how we stepped into parenthood. We are endlessly grateful and would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly empowering experience.”
“Shannon was a great listener and came with great recommendations…She always knew what to say…She was everything we needed.”
“We can’t imagine our birth journey without Shannon. We were a little late in deciding to hire a doula, but despite this, Shannon offered calm, unwavering support as we quickly prepared for a home birth, something we were passionate about.”
