Flexible support without ongoing commitment
One off Support Sessions
£95 | 90-minute virtual session
Sometimes one conversation can change everything.
Whether you're preparing for a VBAC, processing a previous birth experience, feeling overwhelmed by maternity appointments or navigating pregnancy as a neurodivergent person, these sessions provide dedicated space to pause, explore your options and feel supported.
You don't need to commit to ongoing support or have everything figured out.
You just need a space to talk things through with someone who understands.
Need more support?
Many people book a one-off session because they're looking for support around a specific question, appointment or decision.
Others discover they'd benefit from more ongoing support throughout pregnancy.
If you decide to book the ND & VBAC Birth Preparation Package within 4 weeks of your session, £50 from your session fee will be deducted from the package cost.

Processing previous birth experiences
Birth preferences and planning
Induction, caesarean or intervention discussions
Feeling overwhelmed by maternity appointments
Neurodivergent-friendly birth preparation
Sensory planning for labour and hospital stays
Partner preparation and support
Navigating pregnancy after trauma
Emotional reassurance and grounding support
What’s included:
