ND & VBAC Birth Preparation
£600
Deeper antenatal support for women who want to feel informed, emotionally safe, and genuinely prepared for birth.
Pregnancy can feel especially overwhelming when you’re navigating previous birth trauma, planning a VBAC, processing difficult maternity experiences or moving through pregnancy as a neurodivergent parent.
This package offers both practical preparation and ongoing emotional support throughout pregnancy, helping you feel more informed, grounded and supported as birth approaches.
You don’t need to be both neurodivergent and planning a VBAC to access this support. Sessions are fully tailored to your individual experiences, needs and circumstances.
Together, we create space to explore your options, process fears or previous experiences, prepare for appointments and birth decisions and build a birth plan that feels supportive, realistic and centred around you.
This package may support you with:

Understanding your options within the NHS system
Birth planning and preferences

A supportive bridge into birth support

Women planning a VBAC or birth after difficult experiences
Neurodivergent mums wanting more understanding and flexibility in their support
Families wanting deeper preparation without committing to full doula support
Women feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsupported within maternity care
